# HEED

> HEED is a managed research and delivery service for one-time B2B contact files and public Instagram or TikTok profile datasets. Customers define the audience; HEED researches, reviews, and delivers the selected file.

HEED at getheed.app is the one-time managed research service described here. Its published Terms and hello@getheed.app support address identify this service.

- B2B packages contain researched business contacts. An accepted row includes company, website, location, one current decision-maker, title, validated work email, checked business phone, source URL, and checked date. HEED verifies paid-order B2B work emails before delivery; this is included in the package, with no separate verification purchase. Verification does not guarantee inbox delivery. A phone may be a direct line or company main line; that distinction is labeled when known.
- B2B one-time prices: the featured campaign file is 250 contacts for $549. Other packages are 100 for $299, 500 for $899, and 1,000 for $1,749; the 25-contact Starter is $75. Contacts 25 is limited to one per organization and has a specific seven-day upgrade-credit policy in the Terms. These are matched prospects, not interested or opted-in leads.
- Listed Instagram and TikTok public-profile prices are 1,000 for $99, 5,000 for $249, or 10,000 for $399. Availability depends on the requested source, volume, targeting, and output. Current single-post Instagram liker orders support 1,000 usernames with canonical profile links only; 5,000 and 10,000 same-post liker orders are unavailable. The standard social accepted-row options are a public username plus one selected output: canonical profile URL, non-empty public bio, or public follower-count snapshot captured on the checked date. These options are subject to source and order eligibility. A follower snapshot is a count, not a list of follower identities. Standard social packages do not include private contact information.
- HEED delivers the selected file by email or secure link within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. Available file formats are CSV, XLSX, JSON, and XML.
- For B2B orders, the accepted-row definition and order criteria are in the Terms. For social-profile orders, an accepted row must match the ordered target and selected output. Within 14 days of delivery, customers may report affected rows with an order reference and the specific issue. After review, confirmed duplicates, rows outside the ordered criteria as of the checked date, or rows missing an accepted field receive one-for-one replacements. This is a review-based replacement policy, not an automatic refund for an invalid-record claim.
- If fewer accepted rows are available, selecting “maximum available” permits a smaller file; the undelivered portion is refunded. If delivery is late, the customer may choose a revised date or a refund for the undelivered portion. See the Terms for details.
- The homepage sample uses fictional records to demonstrate file structure. It is not live inventory or evidence of paid-file accuracy or email verification. HEED supplies the researched file; the customer manages outreach and is responsible for applicable laws, platform rules, suppression, and opt-out records.
