Within 48 hours of confirmed payment, sent to the delivery email in your order. You choose CSV, XLSX, JSON, or XML in the order form.

Reserve one Contacts 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 upgrade through your private order-confirmation link within seven days of the original payment confirmation. The full $75 is deducted and your original 25 rows count toward the total. You can reserve before delivery; that same reserved checkout can be paid later. The upgraded file is due within 48 hours of upgrade payment confirmation. The same buyer, organization, target and delivery instructions apply.

For confirmed undelivered rows, we refund the corresponding portion of your payment after review. If we miss the 48-hour deadline, you can choose a revised date or a refund for the undelivered portion. We acknowledge requests within one business day and initiate verified shortfall or non-delivery refunds within three business days. The payment provider controls arrival time. A complaint that delivered records did not work does not by itself establish non-delivery or trigger a refund; the separate 14-day replacement review still applies.

Contact support within 14 days of delivery with your order reference, affected rows and useful evidence you have. We independently review the original order, file and available checks. Confirmed eligible defects receive one-for-one replacements. Inconclusive claims stay under review, and we preserve your original request date. Existing order rights remain intact.
