Ordering and payment
Choose a package and enter the audience brief in the website order form, then complete checkout. The package, target, exclusions, quantity instruction, format, and delivery address define the order. Research starts after confirmed payment. Contact support about a later change because price or timing can change.
B2B packages cost $75 for 25, $299 for 100, $549 for 250, $899 for 500, and $1,749 for 1,000. Instagram and TikTok each cost $99 for 1,000, $249 for 5,000, and $399 for 10,000 public profiles. These are one-time website prices.
Accepted rows
An accepted B2B row includes company, website, location, one current decision-maker, title, validated work email, checked business phone, source URL, and checked date. The phone can be a direct line or the company main business line; HEED labels that distinction when known. Work email verification occurs for the paid order before delivery and requires no separate verification purchase. Verification does not guarantee inbox delivery; a checked phone does not guarantee the decision-maker will answer.
Choose one output for the order: username plus canonical public profile URL, username plus a non-empty public bio, or username plus a public follower-count snapshot captured on the checked date. The follower snapshot is a number, not the identities of followers. These packages do not include private contact details.
The source and checked date describe a research snapshot. Information can change later. A checked field does not guarantee that a person will answer, consent to contact, or become a customer.

Shortfalls, late delivery, and row issues
If fewer accepted rows are delivered, the Terms provide a proportional refund for confirmed undelivered rows. If HEED misses the 48-hour deadline, the buyer may choose a revised date or a refund for the undelivered portion.
Report a delivered row issue within 14 days with the order reference and affected rows. HEED reviews duplicates, records outside the criteria on the checked date, and missing accepted fields. Confirmed eligible defects receive one-for-one replacements. No replies or sales alone do not prove a defective row.
Using the file
These are researched records, not people who asked to hear from you. You choose the outreach channel, review the file before use, keep suppression and opt-out records, and follow applicable marketing, privacy, calling, and platform rules. HEED does not send your campaign or promise replies, meetings, or sales.
