B2B Email and Phone Lists Built to Your Brief
HEED researches a B2B contact file for the audience you define. Start with 25 contacts for $75 once. Each accepted row includes a work email verified before delivery, checked business phone, source URL, and checked date. Research and email verification are included in the package; you manage outreach. Delivery is within 48 hours of confirmed payment.

What is in a contact row?
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Company and role context | The business and decision maker matched to your brief. |
| Validated work email | Verified for a paid B2B order before delivery, included without a separate verification purchase. Inbox delivery is not guaranteed. |
| Checked business phone | A direct line or company main business line, labeled when the distinction is known. |
| Source URL and checked date | Where the record was found and when it was checked. |
These are researched prospect records matched to your criteria, not people who expressed interest. You run outreach in your own tools.

How the approaches differ
| Approach | Best fit | Tradeoff |
|---|---|---|
| HEED managed research | A brief for a specific audience and a one-time file | No live database search or ongoing enrichment API |
| Monthly data platform | Frequent self-serve search and workflow tools | Recurring subscription and team time to build lists |
| Marketplace seller | A ready-made list or seller-managed research | Scope, checks and remedies vary by seller; inspect the offer |
Start with a usable audience brief
A useful list begins with a specific business problem. Select a location, industry, company-size range, and decision-maker role. Add a domain when one organization is the target, or exact exclusions when some companies, people, or titles must stay out. A narrower brief helps the resulting file reflect the campaign you actually intend to run.
For example, a team selling scheduling software might ask for owners or operations leaders at independent service businesses in a defined region. That is a targeting example, not a promise that every market contains a certain number of contacts. If the market is too narrow for the ordered quantity, the order terms govern any verified shortfall.
Fields you can inspect before outreach
An accepted B2B row includes company, website, location, one current decision-maker, title, validated work email, checked business phone, source URL, and checked date. The phone can be a direct line or the company main business line; HEED labels that distinction when known. A checked phone is not a promise that the decision-maker will answer.
The source URL and checked date make each record easier to review. They also tell you when the research snapshot was made; they do not freeze the person role, website, email, or phone in place after delivery. Open the B2B sample on the homepage to inspect the field layout and download the sample in CSV or Excel format.
From brief to file
First, define the audience in the order form: location, industry, role, size, and any exact exclusions for B2B, or one eligible public profile, post, or hashtag target for a social order. Second, HEED researches and reviews rows against that brief. Third, HEED emails your chosen file format or a secure link after confirmed payment.
HEED does the audience research and row review. You remain in control of import mapping, sender accounts, cold email copy, calling, follow-up, and suppression. Instantly and Smartlead are examples of outreach tools a buyer might use after reviewing a CSV; HEED is not affiliated with them and does not run those campaigns.
Choose a one-time package
The B2B packages are 25 contacts for $75, 100 for $299, 250 for $549, 500 for $899, and 1,000 for $1,749. The 25-contact starter is limited to one per organization. Its private upgrade path can credit the full $75 toward one larger package when reserved within seven days under the published terms.
The checkout shows the selected package and collects the target details. Confirm the exact audience, quantity instruction, delivery address, and file format before payment. The delivery clock starts when payment is confirmed, not when the form is opened.
Use the file responsibly
These are researched records, not people who asked to hear from you. You choose the outreach channel, review the file before use, keep suppression and opt-out records, and follow applicable marketing, privacy, calling, and platform rules. HEED does not send your campaign or promise replies, meetings, or sales.
Start with the B2B sample, then choose your package on the homepage order form. If you need an ongoing database and integrated sending workflow, compare HEED with Apollo or another platform before buying.
Common questions
What does a B2B contact include?
An accepted B2B row includes company, website, location, one current decision-maker, title, validated work email, checked business phone, source URL, and checked date. The phone can be a direct line or the company main business line; HEED labels that distinction when known. A checked phone is not a promise that the decision-maker will answer.
Are the contacts interested in my offer?
No. The file contains researched contacts matching the order criteria. Interest has to be established through your own lawful outreach and subsequent conversation.
Does every phone number reach the named person directly?
No. A checked business phone can be a direct line or a company main line, and the distinction is labeled when known.
When will I receive the file?
HEED sends the file or a secure link to the delivery email within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Choose CSV, XLSX, JSON, or XML at checkout. Report affected rows within 14 days of delivery; confirmed eligible defects receive one-for-one replacements after review.
Can I import the file into my sales tools?
Choose CSV for many spreadsheets and CRM imports, XLSX for an Excel workbook, or JSON or XML for structured workflows. Check the downloadable B2B sample before ordering.
What if a row has a problem?
Send the order reference and affected rows within 14 days of delivery. HEED reviews the issue against the order and available checks; confirmed eligible defects receive one-for-one replacements.
