How the approaches differ

Choose the audience signal

The order form supports followers of a public profile, people who liked an Instagram post, commenters on a post, or authors posting a hashtag. Enter one matching target per order. A profile link, post URL, or hashtag tells HEED which public audience to research; it does not establish that those accounts fit your brand on its own.

Use a relevant starting point and review the output before contacting anyone. A creator campaign might value public bio context more than raw audience size. A broad awareness campaign might begin with profile links. The right output is the one you will actually use to evaluate fit.

Select one row output

Choose one output for the order: username plus canonical public profile URL, username plus a non-empty public bio, or username plus a public follower-count snapshot captured on the checked date. The follower snapshot is a number, not the identities of followers. These packages do not include private contact details.

A public bio can contain useful self-description, but it is not a verified work email. A follower-count snapshot shows the count observed on the checked date and can change. For Instagram, post engagement is a research scope; it is not a claim that an account has opted in to an offer.

From target to file

First, define the audience in the order form: location, industry, role, size, and any exact exclusions for B2B, or one eligible public profile, post, or hashtag target for a social order. Second, HEED researches and reviews rows against that brief. Third, HEED emails your chosen file format or a secure link after confirmed payment.

The social form also allows optional bio-keyword filtering when the selected output is public bios. Availability varies with the public target. HEED reviews the list before delivery, and order terms govern any confirmed shortfall. Use your own tools and judgment to evaluate account relevance and outreach suitability.

Pricing and delivery

Instagram public-profile packages are 1,000 rows for $99, 5,000 for $249, and 10,000 for $399. These prices cover a one-time file with the selected profile output. They do not buy messaging automation, creator approval, or an influencer contract.

Choose CSV, XLSX, JSON, or XML. HEED emails the file or a secure link within 48 hours of confirmed payment. If a row is duplicated, outside the ordered criteria on the checked date, or missing an accepted field, report it within 14 days for review under the replacement policy.

Run a respectful campaign

These are researched records, not people who asked to hear from you. You choose the outreach channel, review the file before use, keep suppression and opt-out records, and follow applicable marketing, privacy, calling, and platform rules. HEED does not send your campaign or promise replies, meetings, or sales.
