How the approaches differ

Start with the right public target

Choose followers of a public profile, commenters on a public post, or authors posting a hashtag. The TikTok order form does not list post likers as a supported scope. Enter one corresponding profile, post, or hashtag target. Pick a signal connected to your product category, creative format, or customer community.

A large list can still be a poor shortlist if the underlying target is too broad. Review profiles and recent content yourself before inviting a creator. The public account’s appearance in a research file is not an endorsement, consent signal, or indication of commercial availability.

Understand the delivered field

Choose one output for the order: username plus canonical public profile URL, username plus a non-empty public bio, or username plus a public follower-count snapshot captured on the checked date. The follower snapshot is a number, not the identities of followers. These packages do not include private contact details.

The chosen field determines what the file helps you do. Profile URLs help with manual review; bios can support simple niche screening; follower-count snapshots help compare public size at a point in time. Counts change, and none of these fields measures audience quality or campaign performance.

Order, research, review

First, define the audience in the order form: location, industry, role, size, and any exact exclusions for B2B, or one eligible public profile, post, or hashtag target for a social order. Second, HEED researches and reviews rows against that brief. Third, HEED emails your chosen file format or a secure link after confirmed payment.

Bio keywords are optional when requesting public bios. The amount of available public data depends on the target and current source access. HEED reviews every list before delivery; confirmed undelivered rows and eligible row defects follow the published Terms rather than an assumed platform-wide guarantee.
